European Regional Development Fund and EAS supported Toma Group export project aimed to increase export turnover.
In 2011 clients from all over the world came to see our recycling site and ofcourse new atomization equipment.
Atomization equipment is used to produce powder from Ni based super alloys, like CMSX-4.
This powder can be recycled at Toma Group main recycling site in Tallinn.

Powder Metallurgy site.
In June 2011 Toma Group opened new water atomization site for metallic powder production.
This project was supported as technology investment project 2010/2011 by European Regional Development Fund and EAS.
Now Toma Group can recycle nickel based super alloys (turbine blades, ingots etc) from atomization process till the end product is packed.
This means, our clients will not have any delays due to atomization service at other companies, material will be contoled by Toma Group from start till finish, yield will be higher and timing much faster.
