Ni-based super alloys, which are mainly used for jet engine turbine blades

Single crystal or newest types of super alloys we recycled in multiple ways at Toma Group facility. Before latest technology was adopted, Toma Group had atomization equipment, which provided fine metal powder from super alloys parts. Later on this powder was burnt in pyrometallurgical oxidation furnaces. Such technology could provide only Ammonium Perrhenate and other metals as by-product in form of oxide. Latest technology does not require atomization and provides Rhenium in form of pure Ammonium Perrhenate, Ni-Co-Cr-Al in metallic form as powder and solids, and by-product in form of W-Ta oxides concentrate. This technology is hydrometallurgical with pyrometallurgy as second step and chemistry for production of Ammonium Perrhenate. In 2017 Toma Group freezed this technology due to change of manufacturing place.
